Blac Chyna Goes Head To Head With Kardashians In Court
Well THIS is going to make Sunday dinner awkward…
Blac Chyna has been denied the right to officially become a Kardashian, just four months after filing to trademark her name as Angela Renee Kardashian.
Kourtney, Kim and Khloe came out swinging last December after their brother’s baby mama announced her intention to use their infamous surname following her marriage to Rob.
And now, according to TMZ, their court case has worked, with the 28-year-old banned from using the Kardashian name for business purposes.
The court apparently agreed with the reality TV sisters, who had claimed Blac’s use of their name would “confuse matters in the marketplace.”
Original documents obtained by TMZ also show that the Kardashian girls had charged that they would “suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill” if their maybe-sister-in-law be allowed to become a Kardashian.
The news comes hot on the heels of what appears to be a reconciliation between the on/off Rob and Blac; a Snapchat posted by the 30-year-old shows Blac sitting on his lap as he kisses her on the cheek.
Anyone else struggling to keep up?
