Julie Andrews Is Getting Her Own Show On Netflix!

Just a spoonful of Henson puppets and celebrities will help Julie Andrew's new Netflix show go down easily with pre-school children.

The Mary Poppins actress will star in Julie's Greenroom which is aimed at pre-schoolers to help them learn about the performing arts.

Andrews created the series with her daughter Emma Walton Hamilton and Judy Rothman-Rofe.

The Oscar winner will play the director of the Wellspring Centre for the Performing Arts in which she teaches performing arts workshops in the theatre and its "Greenroom."

Over the course of the season, with Andrews's guidance and inspiration from the visiting guest artists, an all-new puppet cast of kids will learn about the performing arts.

Most episodes will feature an original song and every episode will feature a guest star.

Among the array of talent Oscar winner Andrews has recruited include Alec Baldwin, Sara Bareilles, Joshua Bell, Carol Burnett, Josh Groban, Bill Erwin, Ellie Kemper, Idina Menzel, Tiler Peck, and Stomp.

The series is in production and will air in 2017.
