Pamela Anderson’s Twitter Rant After Julian Assange Arrest
Pamela Anderson has spoken out on Twitter in a longwinded rant following the arrest of her close friend and Wikileaks founder Julian Assange.
Assange was taken into custody on Thursday inside the embassy of Ecuador in London, where he had been seeking refuge for the past seven years.
His lawyer has said that the arrest was an extradition request from the United States.
Anderson has since taken aim at the U.S, U.K, Ecuador and President Trump in particular in a series of expletive tweets.
“I am in shock..” she wrote. “He looks very bad. How could you Equador? (Because he exposed you). How could you UK? Of course - you are America’s b*tch and you need a diversion from your idiotic Brexit bullsh*t.”

I couldn’t hear clearly what he said?
He looks very bad.
How could you Equador ?
(Because he exposed you).
How could you UK. ?
Of course - you are America’s bitch and
you need a diversion from your idiotic Brexit bullshit.
“And the USA?” she continued in a second Tweet. “This toxic coward of a President he needs to rally his base? - You are selfish and cruel. You have taken the entire world backwards. You are devils and liars and thieves. And you will ROTT and WE WILL RISE.”

And you will ROTT
WE WILL RISE ✊
The 51-year-old actress met Assange in 2014 and has previously hinted at having some sort of romantic relationship with him.
In an interview with Fox News last year, Anderson said that “there’s definitely a romantic kind of connection ‘cause it’s a romantic struggle” and “we have this closeness… he’s not close to people like he is to me.”
However, there have been conflicting reports with Pamela also telling Good Morning Britain in a 2018 interview that she wouldn’t call her relationship with Assange romantic and that she already has romance in her life.
Anderson continued to tweet out articles and video footage of the moment that Julian Assange was arrested along with a series of other tweets that sought for help to stop him from being extradited.

Ecuador's President Lenin Moreno issued a statement on Twitter in which he said Ecuador had decided to terminate the diplomatic asylum granted to Assange after he had "violated, repeatedly, clear cut provisions of the conventions on diplomatic asylum of Havana and Caracas, despite the fact that he was requested on several occasions to respect and abide by these rules".
British Police were invited into the embassy by the ambassador and Assange was forcibly removed. He has since appeared in court where he pleaded not guilty to a charge of failing to surrender to a Swedish warrant and skipping bail.
The Australian National took refuge in the Ecuadorian embassy in 2012 to avoid extradition to Sweden for questioning as part of a sexual assault investigation.
He rarely stepped foot outside the embassy compound for fear that the United States would immediately seek his arrest and extradition over the leaking of classified documents to WikiLeaks by then U.S Army soldier Chelsea Manning.
