Smash Mouth Just Dropped Australian Tour Dates, Perth Spared
For the first time in five years, the band which cemented itself as a '90s standard, Smash Mouth is heading back to Australia.
But, like Bon Jovi, they're not coming to Perth.
Alongside their covers of Can’t Get Enough of You Baby and I'm a Believer, Smash Mouth are best-known for their 1999 hit All Star.
The band has enjoyed continued success with All Star when, in 2001, it was featured during the opening sequence of Shrek.
In 2016, the song snagged meme status when YouTuber Jon Sudano started to turn regular songs into versions of All Star.
So if you're super keen to hear the original band belt out the original All Star, they'll be kicking off in Sydney on November 8, before heading north to Tweed Heads, followed by Brisbane, Albury, Canberra, Wollongong, and Melbourne.
Tickets go on sale this Friday, July 20th.
