Kate Middleton's "Life-Changing" Advice For 15-Year-Old Girl
A 15-year-old student has gushed about the "life-changing" advice she received from the Duchess of Cambridge during a Royal visit in the UK.
After delivering a speech welcoming Kate and Prince William to the Stewards Academy in Essex, Hannah sat down with the Duchess to talk about her plans for the future.
"The Princess said to me that I should always keep performing and I should never give up on my dreams," the teenager revealed to PEOPLE.
"That is going to stay with me for the rest of my life."
The young Royal couple were visiting the school to continue their efforts in raising awareness for young people's mental health as part of their Heads Together campaign.
"It was amazing meeting [them]," Hannah's schoolmate Klaudia agreed. "They said to keep doing what we're doing and not give up and not listen to what other people say.
"[It will help] a lot of people open their eyes to the fact that if you do feel worried and scared it's not unusual, and it's okay to talk about.
"They said it's important because one day their children are going to school.
"They thought it's important for them, so it should be important to everyone."
