The Website is owned and operated by Radio 96FM Perth Pty Ltd (“96fm”), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fairfax Media Publications Pty Ltd (Australia) Limited (“Fairfax Media”) ("We" and "Us"). Information provided by you to the Website may be shared amongst these companies, including their subsidiaries and related companies. However, except in the limited circumstances set out below, none of these companies will provide personally identifiable information about you to third parties without your express permission.
