We don't know about you guys but in our households we have a thing called "Fish Night" which basically means that one night each week our dinner is dedicated to some sort of seafood in an attempt to be healthy and maintain our Omega 3 intake.

But of course if you have a similar system in place you would know that while it feels good to know that you're taking care of your body, having the same old piece of salmon and salad Every. Single. Week. can get a tad boring.
