Outrage: Customers 'NOT OK' With The Latest Move by ASOS

ASOS have launched a brand new sizing feature and many customers are NOT happy with it.

In an effort to make online shopping and picking the right size easier, the online clothing store has unveiled a new sizing function. Using details of previous purchases, the popular clothing website’s feature recommends which size their customer needs.

According to The Sun, the technology also bases their suggestions on shopper’s previous items that have been returned because they don’t fit.

Customers also have the option to add their measurements to the database for more accurate results.

After inputting your height, weight, hip and bra size, the function can estimate what size is best for you.

It seems like a good idea, but customers have been quick to point out that many people fluctuate between sizes and that we all probably know our body shape better than some algorithm...

Do you think ASOS recommending sizes is a good thing or a bad thing? Tell us in the comments section below...
