Apple Staff Busted Stealing Photos And Ranking Women
An Apple store in Queensland has been embroiled in a scandal after staff were busted stealing photos from customers’ phones and ranking the bodies of females at the shop.
According to The Courier Mail, more than 100 close-up and explicit photos were taken of unsuspecting women and ranked out of 10.
The photos were then shared with employees at other Apple stores.
Four male staff are believed to have been sacked after another staff member noticed a tech in the repair room checking out a customer’s phone.
There are concerns more stores could be involved with one staff member telling The Courier Mail it has left female staff feeling uncomfortable.
“One person would take a photo and add it to the chat and others would give the person or their butt or their boobs a rating out of 10 and they would add their own side commentary,” they revealed.
They said bosses refused to talk further about the issue with female staff and had not told customers who were involved.
In a statement, Apple said the matter was a breach of their policy and was being investigated.
