Body Found In Search For Lost Snake Bite Victim
Police have found a body believed to be that of a man who disappeared into bushland shortly after alerting authorities that he believed he had been bitten by a snake.
Nathan Scattini, 41, had been walking in bushland around Kelmscott on Sunday when, about 6.40pm, he called 000 believing he had been bitten by a snake but was unable to give St John Ambulance his location.
Police found a body just after 6pm on Tuesday.
The circumstances surrounding the death are unknown at this stage and a report will be prepared for the Coroner.
