Perth's Dine-And-Dasher Pleads Guilty To 82 Offences
Perth’s dine-and-dasher could be facing years behind bars after pleading guilty to a string of offences.
Lois Loder, otherwise known as Lois Lynn, Louise Lang, Emma Davis, Mia Hughes, Clare Bell and Ella Bone, entered the plea to a total of 82 offences in the Perth Magistrates Court to on Friday.
Loder, 44, was outed as a thief and conwoman last year over Facebook by fed up restaurant owners who exposed her as alleged regular “dine and dasher”.
On Friday, she was warned that she could be facing years behind bars.
Loder and her co-accused, Chiminh Phun, allegedly tucked into $290 worth of food and drinks at Elmar’s In The Valley in April before leaving without paying, ABC reported.
The court heard how she had also done a runner on nosheries in East Perth, Floreat, Scarborough, East Victoria Park and Crawley, racking up bills from $83 to $763.
It was also reported that she hoodwinked a hair salon by attempting to pay the $1180 bill with a stolen credit card, but after it declined, she told staff she’d return to square it up, but never came back.
“She is looking squarely at a prison term if she is convicted,” Magistrate Robert Young said at an earlier court hearing.
Her sentencing hearing is early next week.
