National Recall On Frozen Vegetable Products
Fears that the following frozen vegetable products have been contaminated with the Listeria bacteria have prompted a national recall.
The bacteria can make people very sick and in extreme causes can even cause death.
So far no one has been infected in Australia, but contaminations in the UK have prompted caution.
Food recall – As a precautionary measure some frozen vegetable products are being recalled due to the possible presence of Listeria monocytogenes. Vulnerable pops need to be aware of the risk of eating uncooked or undercooked frozen vegetables.
