Nic Nat's Sneak Peek Of LED Sign Covers Ahead Of Suns Clash
West Coast ruckman Nic Naitanui has given his Instagram followers a sneak peek at the changes being made to the LED banner surrounding the field at Optus Stadium.
The AFL had ordered the stadium to cover the boundary signage with protective plastic in a bid to avoid a repeat of the injuries suffered by Geelong's Mark Blicavs and Zach Tuohy.
The pair required stitches after crashing into the signage in separate incidents during the Pies' Round 3 clash with West Coast.
Tuohy needed three stitches in his right hand, while Blicavs required 14.
On Thursday night, West Coast ruckman Nic Naitanui posted an Instagram Story, directed at Geelong's Patrick Dangerfield.
"We're putting all the panels just for you," Nic Nat said in the story, which had Dangerfield tagged.
"[Make] sure you don't cut those hands... just for you, Danger," he said.
