Former Flight Attendant Reveals Cabin Crew's ‘Secret Code’
96FM’s Hour of Power hosts Kyle and Jackie O caught up with James, a former flight attendant of seven years.
He spilled SO many secrets about cabin crew and what they get away with up in the air - and one of his confessions tapped into a long-standing insecurity that many of us face: that flight attendants bitch about us in the galleys when we ask for things.
Jackie had to ask if the flight attendants use a code to talk about "hot" passengers without them knowing.
"We do… because obviously when we’re in the cabin and we’re getting the drinks we can’t be like, 'oh doll, check out him…'," James said.
"You have to be subtle about it," Jackie said.
Kyle asked what they said amongst themselves: "Do you say like 'G3 really hot dude', or have you got something else?"
"Well, that’s really obvious!" James replied.
"Because everyone knows their seat numbers, so we’re on the cart and he’ll be like, 'I’m thinking of doing seven days in America… being seat 7A"
"And I’ll be like, 'yeah, I could do seven days in America!'
"Or like, six days in Denmark... (seat 6D)?"
