Deodorant Station At Karratha TAB An ‘Excellent Initiative'

A simple request at a WA betting outlet has been praised for getting a refreshing message across to its patrons.

Posted by The Bell Tower Times, the picture, taken at a TAB in Karratha, features two cans of Rexona below a sign which reads:

“It’s HOT outside, we all sweat… refresh with REXONA, before you place your Bet!”

It has been shared more than 230 times on The Bell Tower Times Facebook page.

Bell said it was an ‘excellent initiative’ and “should be rolled out across all public areas and made national law. Transperth we’re looking at you. Also please note the duct tape and security rope.”

96FM’s Paul and Lise agreed.

“It’s a super idea, they should have it in gyms,” Lise said, before saying deodorant should be free at supermarkets.

“You know how you can walk into supermarkets and get free fruit for the kids? On that side there should be fruit for the kids, on the left-hand side there should be [deodorant] available for those who are a bit stingy with it.”

Paul agreed. As long as it wasn’t a roll-on.
