Glen Jakovich Wants THIS AFL Player's Autograph

West Coast Eagles legend Glen Jakovich revealed a little more that he bargained for while giving the 2018 AFL season the crystal ball treatment.

The first clash kicks off on Thursday night at the MCG between Richmond and Carlton.

Jakovich’s predictions, however, were a little more long range than Round One.

Here’s what Jako’s final Top 8 ladder will look like after this year’s Grand Final:

8 – Essendon

7 – Melbourne

6 – Geelong

5 – Sydney

4- Adelaide

3-  Richmond

2-  GWS

1 – Port Adelaide

So, what about Fremantle and West Coast?

With no Kennedy, low expectations of Nic Nat and teething problems in the mid field, Jako told Paul & Lise that West Coast was “going to get off to a slow start.”

However, he reckoned that could be different story later in the season.

“The back half of the year I think West Coast can get on a run.”

He predicted that Fremantle will sit above West Coast at the end of the season.

“I got Fremantle at 10th position and I got West Coast at 11”

Gold Coast would take out the wooden spoon.

Jakovich also admitted which footballer would take out the Brownlow Medal.

Richmond’s Dustin Martin.

“He is the best player in the competition,” he said.  “He’s the most complete player.”

“You’ve got a bit of man love for him!” said Lise.

“I’m absolutely in love with Dustin Martin,” Jako replied.

“If I saw him down the street I’d get his autograph.”
