The Record Crowd Number For A Prelim Match Was... WHAT?

We all know that Paul is a stats man.

And on Monday, during The Footy Countdown, he pulled out a doozy.

There were no nine games to analyse, so instead, Paul zeroed-in on the crowd.

Specifically, the prelim crowd.

The number? 108, 215.

What does it have to do with footy?

It has to do with the clash between the Carlton and St Kilda in 1970 and how punters would climb all over each other to eyeball the game – something you couldn’t do now!

Check out the vid up top.
