In the wake of David Bowie’s death, fans have been analysing his final video “Lazarus”, where the lyrics – “Look up here, I’m in heaven” – and imagery of Bowie in a hospital bed have read as his final message to his fans.
But it isn’t the only message he left for fans…
David Bowie, or whoever manages his Twitter account, followed an interesting account that fans are taking note of…

Although we don’t know when Bowie’s official account (@DavidBowieReal) followed @TweetOfGod, fans were tweeting about it on Monday.
Could this have been how Bowie was feeling in the days prior to his death? We’ll never know.
But the account tweeted a sweet tribute to David Bowie.
It read: David Bowie was the God I always wanted to be.
