If you loved Anya Taylor-Joy in The Queen’s Gambit, buckle in.
I mean, Last Night In Soho sounds nothing like the chess-obsessed Netflix series, not when Ben O’Shea describes it as not Nightmare On Elm Street but “Nightmare On Carnaby Street”.
It’s also described as a Swinging Sixties thriller, a psychosexual nightmare and a British psychological horror… or as I call it, Tuesday night at my place. I’m obviously kidding (it’s Wednesdays).
But this is probably the best description: Last Night In Soho is essentially a modern-day Hitchcock thriller. A slow burn, intimate story that suddenly descends into mind games and terror.
Sounds good, right?
