It’s no secret that quite a few of the contestants that appear on Channel Nine’s Married At First Sight have had a little work done.
And one Channel Nine presenter just threw major shade at them for it!
On this season, Martha Kalifatidis was quite open about the cosmetic enhancements she had previously undergone while on her honeymoon with her reality TV hubby Michael.
One common factor that each girl seems to opt for during their enhancements is filler in their lips and while they’re definitely more plump-looking now, they certainly don’t look natural.
Nine News and A Current Affair presenter Leila McKinnon pointed out as much in her latest Instagram post as she revealed that she’d suffered from an allergic reaction.
In the post, the TV presenter’s lips can be seen to have swollen in size, joking in the caption that her big lips reminded her of the girls on MAFS.

Had to go off antihistamines for four days for allergist appointment and LEGIT woke up like a Married At First Sight bride! People with food sensitivities do suck but I am one of them 😝 Pucker up 💋 #MAFS #salicylateintolerance #angioedema #urticaria #foodsensitivities #puckerup
“Had to go off antihistamines for four days for allergist appointment and LEGIT woke up like a Married At First Sight bride!” she wrote in the caption.
“People with food sensitivities do suck but I am one of them. Pucker up,” she concluded alongside the hashtag #MAFS.
Pretty savage, but let’s be real, we’re all thinking that it looks like some of the gals on MAFS have been stung by a bee…
