The Foo Fighters have released a teaser for their new horror-comedy movie, STUDIO 666.

The band revealed their out-of-left-field new project just a month ago, a seemingly world away from their wholesome disco Bee Gees tribute band, the Dee Gees.

Starring Dave Grohl, Taylor Hawkins, Nate Mendel, Pat Smear, Chris Shiflett, Rami Jaffee and directed by BJ McDonnell, ‘the band move into a mansion steeped in grisly rock n’ roll history to record their much-anticipated 10th album,’ the synopsis reads.

‘Once in the house, Dave Grohl finds himself grappling with supernatural forces that threaten both the completion of the album and the lives of the band.’

STUDIO 666 is set for release on February 25 in the US, with an international release to follow.
