Ever wondered how Transperth trains are washed? No, neither had we. Until now.

In a behind-the-scenes snippet posted to Facebook, Transperth have shown how they clean trains… and it looks like they just took a train down to the local BP for a deluxe wash ‘n wax.

Transperth said that every couple of days, trains get washed in what’s essentially a giant car wash.

The 64-metre wash shed is at the Claisebrook Depot and it recycles more than 4.5 million litres of water a year.

I mean, seriously, we all have a version of this video on our phones.
