A fresh trailer has dropped for the original Star Wars spinoff series, The Mandalorian, which is set to debut on Disney+.

Since Monday, the second trailer has attracted more than 2 million views (and counting).

To get your bearings, the story is set five years after the Empire’s fall in Return of the Jedi but before the emergence of the First Order and focusses on a lone Mandalorian bounty hunter in the outer reaches of the galaxy.

“It’s a world more peaceful since the revolution,” says Werner Herzog in the trailer’s voiceover.

“It is a shame that your people suffered. But bounty hunting is a complicated profession.”

This leads us to believe that times have turned pretty tough for bounty hunters as work dries up across the galaxy.

Whatever it means, the trailer has been described as ‘the Star Wars we’re used to.’

The Mandalorian will be landing on November 12 as Disney+ goes live in the US, Canada, and The Netherlands.

The streaming service then launches in Australia and New Zealand on November 19.
