Not only will the AFL Grand Final kick off in Perth on Saturday, so will the 2021 Perth Royal Show.

It will be a welcome return after last year’s cancelled event, however this year’s Show will have its differences.

All ticketing is online and digital only – there will be no tickets available at the gates or any other outlets. Tickets can be purchased at their website or through their app.

Visitor numbers will be capped at 60,000 per day.

Also, Premier Mark McGowan announced that “convenient” walk-in vaccinations will also be available.

“So whilst you’re here, you can put the kids on the rides while you go get vaccinated,” he said on Monday, adding that for many parents it might be a relief to do so.

“Go get an injection and get some relief from your children,” he joked.
