Good news if you’ve been struggling with boredom and the endless Netflix scroll… our state has begun to cautiously relax of some restrictions.

Groups of 10 people are now allowed to gather for exercise, weddings and funerals.

Open home inspections have started up again, and as we prepare with the eventual opening of bars, pubs and restaurants, our hospo workers are required to complete a COVID-19 hygiene course.

Let’s not forget that the Prem earlier this week warned us against going “crazy” or “wild” with the loosening, saying they’ll be tightened again if necessary.

“We need to remember we remain in a state of emergency,” Premier Mark McGowan told reporters on Sunday.

“That’s why our borders will remain shut for a long period of time. Our numbers may be low but we need to keep it that way,” he said.

“And I strongly encourage that everyone must continue to practice appropriate social distancing.”

With that in mind, here’s what recreational activities we can now get amongst…

  • Picnics
  • Fishing
  • Boating
  • Hiking
  • Camping (provided we still comply with travel restrictions)

For the rest of us, here’s what’s coming to Netflix this month
