Sound the alarms, Buckingham Palace is hiring and this time it ain’t for a nanny!
If your game is social media, it’s time to get your resume Royal-ready because the Queen has just advertised for a Digital Communications Officer.
Depending on your experience, the role is paying around £30,000 a year, which is roughly $AU55,700.
If hired, you’ll work with a small team to create content across Twitter, Instagram and Facebook among other platforms, as well as research and write articles.
“It’s knowing your content will be viewed by millions,” the ad says. (eeeeek)
“It’s finding new ways to maintain The Queen’s presence in the public eye and on the world stage. This is what makes working for the Royal Household exceptional.”
But the best thing, aside it being a Monday to Friday job with a “comprehensive benefits package”? Free lunch. Aww yeah.
Get cracking though, applications are due in by May 26.
