The latest impossible challenge driving the internet wild is the “Flex Challenge”. The rules are simple; lie face down on the floor with your hands together behind your back, and then stand up without using your hands, or rolling onto your side or back.

You might be picturing yourself worming your way up, smearing your face against the floor in the process, and the hilarious pictures of your friends that would ensue from them trying the same, but one gymnast has proved it can be done in seconds with a bit of flexibility.

In a video uploaded to her Tik Tok, Jax Kranitz, lies on the floor as her friend behind the camera explains the rules, then without a moment’s pause, Kranitz sweeps her legs around to in front of her and stands up before dancing to celebrate destroying the challenge.

Comments on both Kranitz’  Tik Tok and Instagram are in awe of the gymnast’s ability, saying “I don’t understand how this is physically possible and she did it without effort. Wtf?” and “You’re a beast. I can hardly touch my toes 😅”

Social media erupted with users attempting to match Kranitz’ flawless execution, some succeeding and others definitely giving themselves a good bit of carpet burn. Here’s some of our favourites!
