It was a long road back from Tokyo for Ryan Daniels, but he finally made it back in the studio on Friday and geez did he bring the tea.
Lisa called it the “Grand Final where’s it at chat” where there was “talk of maybe a parade, maybe this, maybe that.”
Granted, this was all under the assumption Perth was given the nod – which it hasn’t – but it is the AFL’s official back-up plan.
But it isn’t just the Grand Final, but a bunch of other events too, including a WAG-less Brownlow and talk of having a parade near the Swan River.
“Don’t rule out the river,” Daniels said, to which we were all like… say what now.
“It came about I believe because of the possibility of having to be separate and keeping at a distance and how do you do that? Put ‘em in the water.”
