A Perth driver has copped a $1000 fine after police caught them taking photos of their dog sitting on their lap while driving.
Wembley Police tweeted the fine on Wednesday afternoon: “This is what happens when take photos of your dog who is on your lap whilst driving.”
The pic showed the Nissan Pulsar driver was pinged last Thursday in Peppermint Grove just before 11am along Stirling Highway.
