If you’ve ever dreamed of getting married under a giant blue whale skeleton, sit down, we have news.
When WA Museum Boola Bardip opens in November, the space under Otto will be available for events.
There’ll be six event spaces at the new $400 million state-of-the-art site, including underneath the suspended skeleton of Otto the blue whale.
Your reception guests will also be flanked by an array of stuffed animals as they dine.
“Where else in Western Australia can you have your wedding under the skeleton of a whale in a wonderful heritage building?” WA Museum chief executive Alec Coles told The West.
Now there’s a new sentence.
The museum opens on November 21.
