A driver in Canada has been charged after police claimed he strapped a toddler to a slab of beer instead of a car seat.
Police pulled the 22-year-old over after a “traffic complaint called in by the public” and noticed the 2-year-old in the car, sitting on the 30-can block of beer.
The driver had allegedly put the slab on the seat of his car and strapped the child to it, according to CTV News.
The toddler was not injured, but police charged the driver with failing to ensure the child was properly restrained.
