Despite our suggestion it was done to “kick the older end up the backside”, the Premier cleared up why they extended the vaccine eligibility an extra 10 years.

From tomorrow, Thursday June 10, the Pfizer jab will be available to anyone aged 30 to 49 in WA… while elsewhere in Australia, the jab was (so far) only being rolled out to those 40 years and over.

Mark McGowan spoke to The Bunch on Wednesday and explained why they did it.
