TPG customers across Australia are being affected by major outages.
According to Down Detector, more than 11,000 TPG clients were hit with problems just after midday today.
The internet provider claims the “unplanned” outage is causing “NBN, ADSL, TPG FTTB internet and home phone connection difficulties”.
“Our IT and technical teams are investigating this as a priority,” the company said.
“We apologise for the inconvenience and will provide further updates as they become available.”
