After just over a year in business, JBJ’s Nashville Bar has hit the market – and it’s no small deal.

The five-storey mega-venue on Music City’s famous Broadway strip is up for grabs with a jaw-dropping price tag of $US130 million, or around $AU196 million.

Lisa dished all the details in The Shaw Report:

Opened in June 2024, JBJ’s quickly became one of the biggest and flashiest spots on Broadway. The place is massive — we’re talking eight bars, five floors, three stages, and two rooftops, including the highest rooftop bar in the entire district:

Every level is covered in Bon Jovi memorabilia (naturally), and if that’s not enough rock ‘n’ roll for you, there’s even a tattoo shop and a mechanical bull. Because of course there is.

According to the real estate listing, the property is a ‘truly generational chance to own a trophy asset’ – which basically means you’ll need a serious bank balance (and maybe a few hit albums of your own) to even think about buying it.

For now, JBJ’s remains open and rocking on Lower Broadway, serving up live music, great food, and plenty of Bon Jovi nostalgia – just how the frontman intended.
