While Dave Grohl is used to being the one rocking out onstage while the crowd goes off, this time it was his turn to simply be a fan in the stands.

The Foo Fighter’s frontman was spotted belting out ‘Beautiful Day’ during U2’s final night of their Sphere residency in Las Vegas, complete with a glass of wine.

Seriously, this is all of us.

And let’s be honest, he deserves to let a bit loose. Grohl spent most of 2023 on tour and cooked meals for the homeless on his days off, including in Australia. The band also recently announced a massive 2024 stadium tour across the US during their upcoming summer months, so its good Grohl’s resting up.

U2 was the first act ever to play in the new state-of-the-art venue and had been performing at Sphere since September 2023.
