A busy week ahead for local newsagencies and Lotto outlets with $120 million – the second-biggest Powerball prize ever – up for grabs.

The staggering amount jackpotted after no division one entries were held for last night’s draw of $80 million.

Despite this, more than two million Aussies took home a share of $47.6 million in lower division prizes.

Included in this was 18 division two winners who nabbed a very respectable $73,329.70 each.

The winning numbers for last night draw were 24, 7, 34, 22, 13, 30, 6, and the Powerball number was 10.

As usual, both online and bricks-and-mortar outlets are expecting a huge ticket-buying surge next Thursday in the lead-up to the draw’s 6pm cut-off.

“In September 2019, the game soared to a historic $150 million and we haven’t seen it climb past $80 million since … until now,” a spokesman for The Lott said.
