Fresh off their epic one-off show in Geelong, rock legends Foo Fighters have announced that they’ll be coming back for a run of dates around the country.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Famers filled Geelong’s GMHBA Stadium on Friday night with 30,000 fans in the band’s first show in Australia since 2018.

The Foos have confirmed that they will be back again from November to play stadium shows in Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney (sorry, Adelaide).

In announcing the tour, frontman Dave Grohl gushed about Aussie rock fans to the Sydney Morning Herald, describing the country as a “magical refuge” for the band.

“We’ve never had a bad tour – we haven’t really had bad tours anywhere – but there’s something about Australia and Australia we feel akin to,” Grohl told SMH.
