Beef has been linked to be the best food for cheering yourself up.

A study of 440K Brits has revealed that beef was the only food linked to a lower risk of depressive disorders, according to a team of psychiatrists from Massachusetts General Hospital and other centres.

But surely there’s other foods that make us happy?
